Runs

A Run executes one immutable Journey Version under an explicit context matrix. It retains attempts, observations, artifacts, redaction facts, failures, and activity instead of reducing execution to a green or red badge.

Start a Run

Open a published Journey, choose Configure Run, select the authorized runner and contexts, then start execution. Credentials and authenticated session state remain in the customer-controlled runner or browser.

Inspect evidence

Run detail separates the evidence stage, context matrix, and activity history. Partial evidence remains visible when an attempt fails or is cancelled. Retry creates another attributable attempt; it does not overwrite the failed one.

Select retained evidence and choose Create Review item when product judgment is required. The Review item keeps exact custody to the Run, Journey Version, context, observation, and artifacts.
