Channels

Channels owns Publications and their delivery policy. A Publication points to an approved immutable Rendition revision and exposes a stable pointer without discarding immutable version URLs.

Deliver

Create a Publication from an approved Rendition, select a configured destination, and confirm delivery. Each attempt creates a Delivery Receipt with destination, status, timestamp, and source custody. A failed receipt remains visible and can be retried.

Rollback changes the stable pointer to an earlier approved version. Revoke withdraws the active publication while preserving the historical record.
