Common Questions
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Open your project settings and go to Profile to update your name, avatar, or request an email change. If you are locked out of the old address, contact support and we can help verify the change.
Contact support from this page or email support@reshot.dev from the address on your account. We currently handle account closure manually so we can verify the request and avoid accidental data loss.
Immediately reset your password using the sign-in page and contact us at support@reshot.dev. Include any suspicious timestamps or emails you saw and we will help secure the account and review recent access.
